About Our Firm
Cefaratti Appraisals LLC was started by Michael Cefaratti. Michael is from the Cleveland/Akron area and understands the everchanging market of Northeast Ohio. He is a graduate of the Kent State university and went on to Hondros College to receive the start of his appraisal education. He then proceeded to take classes through the Appraisal Institute and is now currently working toward his MAI designation. After passing the new national qualifications test by the Appraisal Foundation he decided that the time was right to start up Cefaratti Appraisals, LLC. Michael has been working as an appraiser for the last five years specializing in both commercial and residential appraisals.
